Don't love how the product looks or feels? We would hate for you to keep something you ended up not loving! Please contact us first, via email, in regards to your return. Feel free to return the product within 7 days of your receiving date. If you see that the price has changed on the product within 6 days of your purchase date, we can offer you the money back in which you would have saved. The tags must be still on the clothes and the invoice must be included with your return. After the product is sent back, looked over and is returned with everything included, we will issue you your payment back by sending you a conformation email from upstatehoneyllc@gmail.com. Return payments take about 3-5 business days to be seen in your account. 

Products that do not have tags attached or that have no invoice included, we cannot issue you a refund as there is no way we can tell if you wore our product or received it from somewhere else.
